How does the first payment work?
When you join, you pay today for the days left in this month, including today, plus any delivery charge. From then on your plan renews on the 1st of each month.
If fewer than 7 days of the month are left, today's payment also covers next month, so you aren't charged twice in a few days. Checkout shows the exact amount before you pay.
When will I be charged after that?
On the 1st of each month, using the card you paid with. Your plan price stays the same unless you change plan.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, any month. You can ask for a change at any time and it takes effect on the next 1st.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans roll monthly and you can leave with 30 days' notice. There's no credit check.
EE or O2: which should I pick?
You choose one network for each SIM when you order, and your SIM stays on that network. We don't switch networks automatically, so check coverage where you live and work on the network's own coverage checker first.
Can I keep my number?
Yes. Text PAC to 65075 from your current phone to get your PAC code, then enter it with your number at checkout.
eSIM or physical SIM?
If your phone supports eSIM, you get a QR code as soon as your plan is ready. Otherwise we post a SIM, either free standard delivery or paid next-day delivery.
Who provides the service?
Bramble plans are provided and billed by AirBill. You pay on AirBill's secure checkout, and Bramble never sees your card details.
